Recoding of studies - mostly drug and bacteria related - some with the potential for exclusion.

I added three studies that require miscellaneous recoding to this list.

Added a few more cases to this spreadsheet (highlight green)

added one more case that crashed the R code- likely due to miscoding between mic values and bacterial strains

alrighty, so I've worked through everything on there and marked a few where I need a second opinion or a clarification.

I think this took like 3 years off of my life

Went through this and responded to some questions/issues, but there are a handful I cannot access with MAXQDA12. They are highlighted red. @sonia-dattaray would you be able to respond to these?

@sonia-dattaray just realized this is what you slacked me about. So, I think the only remaining study to address is 3235, which I cannot view. Happy to talk it over. Then I think we can close out this issue.
