It is confusing. I must launch winfoom, wait till it serves an api, then submit a command to change configuration , than really start it.
When I put a script to do it in the initialization of my machine, the config call runs before the api is answering. I must or do a sleep command or a busy waiting till the api is being served.
This is an unexpected and confusing behavior. It would be nice to have an option to pass a configuration file to the launch command. Or have it reading a standard file.
