As an Eden voter, I would like to be able to access the Eden UI when participating in voting so I don't have to use blocks.io to vote

Description of bug:

When visiting the webpage in multiple windows during the election, the elections page fails to load.

Closing one window did not resolve the issue.
Closing the second window did not resolve the issue.
Closing the video upload window (which was not actively uploading a video at the time) performed at the same time as the election round ended.
Issue was resolved after closing the video upload window and election round ended.
