Inflation % and Jungle3 testnet

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Most people don't know that there is an inflation rate on EOS emission, and is difficult to know how much this % is, so is better to integrate this feature.

For the Jungle3, there are some smart contracts that is going on that test chain, and for us could be easy to check also the stats of the smart contract with a simple selection (at the moment only jungle4 is available)

Describe the solution you'd like
On main dashboard is better to add the total amount of EOS, the staked EOS, EOS in circulation, and the % of inflation.

For the testnet, same selector just to add the Jungle3 testnet.
