Add dockerfiles and instructions for cross-compiling for embedded linux targets

For some targets (e.g. Renesas) specific toolchains and environments are required.
We want to be able to cross-compile the linux example for those targets.

For this we need to add dockerfile for the toolchain containers, and instructions on how to use those to build a cross-compiled binary.
