The target URL contains an extra "jira" element:

https://jira.terracotta.org/jira/browse/EHC

The link target should be:

https://jira.terracotta.org/jbrowse/EHC

Thanks for reporting this, but at this point, unfortunately both of these links yield the same (a 404 error).
