Accessibility Packages Manager banner in the readme

It could be pratical (and standard) to have the banner in the readme to know which package manager have which version of this package. Knowing which package have the package or not for example is interesting.

It took me some time to found a repo that does that. I though a lot of them did it so it might me less standard than I previously said.

This line of code seems to do the trick : (of course change btop to coq-lsp)
