ESQL: Support fingerprint function

Support the functionality from https://www.elastic.co/docs/reference/enrich-processor/fingerprint-processor as part of ESQL as a function

The function would take an array of values and an optional salt and hash method and return the hash. If the array of values is empty, the whole row is taken as values.
