elastic/apm-agent-nodejs/pull/2873 allows us to capture all Elasticsearch requests and extract it in json file for later run by ES Rally.

Probably we need to add ELASTIC_APM_ELASTICSEARCH_CAPTURE_BODY_URLS in apm-config-loader and be able to set env var in FTR config.

watching the history of the apm-config-loader file I'll assign this to @elastic/kibana-operations
