[APM] The list of top dependencies varies on each request for the same period

Environment:
Serverless project.

Description:
When the user refreshes the list of top dependencies without changing the search period, the list of top dependencies changes on each request.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Applications - Dependencies.
2. Check the top 3 dependencies in the list.
3. Click the Refresh button and recheck the top 3 dependencies.

Expected behavior:
The list of top dependencies by impact must not change when the user refreshes the list without changing the search period.
