Overview

A single incident is often comprised of multiple alerts. Data from those alerts can be leveraged to find the underlying root cause.

Features

  1. The list of alerts involved in the incident should be displayed
  2. A time series chart with annotations for when each alert triggered

Scope

This ticket creates a base incident details page. Additional features, such as bringing in related dashboards and dashboard visualizations, will be tackled in a separate ticket

Considerations for development

This issue should not be blocked by #209388. In order to efficiently move forward with development, the engineer should develop this feature to work with ANY group of alerts. The group of alerts should be passed to the page as a url query.
