Track latest Endpoint integration in elastic/security

Now that #281 is done, we should use the building blocks there along with integration_ratios for the elastic/security track to dynamically pull assets for endpoint. I haven't taken a close look at this personally, this may be where we leave beats behind if it causes the code to become more complex, rather than simpler.
