[Feature] Fleet agent policy resource - support "host name format" field

being able to manage the "Host name format" field within the Fleet Agent Policy settings page using the elasticstack_fleet_agent_policy resource in the Terraform Provider for Elastic Stack. This enhancement would allow users to set the "Host name format" as either Hostname or Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN) directly through Terraform.
