Red Alert Bug - Issue selecting vehicle units with mouse while on the move

In the original Red Alert, clicking on a vehicle to select it, particularly one of your Ore Trucks, was no issue, even while it was moving, I had no trouble selecting it. Sometimes my mouse was not exactly directly on the Ore Truck when clicking since it was moving, but it would still select. The new remastered Red Alert however, seems to have problems with that, particularly when the Ore Truck is on the move. In the new game, sometimes I click directly on my Ore Trucks and nothing would happen, and I would keep on clicking and clicking over and over and the Ore Truck would never get selected. I have to drag and drop around it as a counter measure to select it, but I shouldnt have to do that. The original game didnt have such a problem so the new game shouldnt have that problem either.
