Problem

When I'm using multiple workspaces, I'd like for apps to be shown only on my current workspace.

Proposal

Make plank show only running apps in current workspace.

Prior Art

Windows

screen-capture.20.mp4

GNOME

The dash to dock extension has a setting to isolate workspace, which implements this feature request. If someone could post a screenshot of this it would be great as I'm a little busy atm to spin up a VM to take a screenshot.

The dock should definitely not isolate running apps because the user loses visual indication of which app is just pinned and which is running on another workspace.

To solve this we would need special kind of indicators for only this specific case, running apps would have one color for the indicator, pinned would have none, and running but on another workspace would need a different colored indicator or a symbol.
Since eOS6 introduces accent colors, indicators might get that as well plus apps that require action have red indicators... basically we'll get a rave party in the dock. Its too much complexion.

Closing in favour of #134 because it got more attention.
