Notification bubble too small

Trying to connect to a new VPN connection and it failed; a notification bubble showed up, but the text can't be read since the window is too small.

Now some ideas. Maybe a click on the bubble could make it big enough to present the whole text? Maybe a bubble with a "text box" with scroll bars? Or the bubble could have a button that, once clicked, would present the text in Code? Or maybe all the above suggestions. ;-)
