Multiple copies of the same background in system settings, The top panel also fails. #122

What Happened?

When you set an image multiple times from files, it appears multiple times in the wallpaper section of system settings.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Enter files.
  2. Select an image.
  3. Set it as desktop background.
  4. Set back as wallpaper for the desired number of times.
  5. Go to System Settings.
  6. Head to the wallpaper section.
  7. You will see that the image selected as the background is copied the number of times you set it as your wallpaper.

Expected Behavior

The image selected as wallpaper from files was expected to appear only once in the wallpaper section in system settings.

Latest release (I have run all updates)

Transferring to Portals since Files uses the wallpaper portal and it's responsible for adding images to your local wallpapers folder
