The problem is that i cannot use my internal microphone , when connecting headphones everything works.
skype or google meet show that the microphone works even when no headphones are connected but when testing or trying to use it , it does not pick my voice at all.

You might get more info about what is going by installing pavucontrol ("Pulse Audio Volume Control"). I think its in the AppCenter on Hera but you'll have to install manually or with Synaptic on Odin.

i removed hera and installed ubuntu 20.04 . the case was unresolved so i removed operating system . solved my case.
