Snooze and suppress

Problem

Repeated notifications poping up for same thing. For example, battery low for mouse:

I've received above notification over 100 times since first. After first time it happened I prepared a spare battery when my current one dies. This was few days ago. I get new identical notifications and popups for the same issue and find myself clearing constantly:

Proposal

Ability to both snooze a notification and suppress identical notifications from re-notifying.

Suppress could be a toggle in Notification Settings and enabling it would allow per-type suppression of the notification if identical notification to the previous one is received.

Snooze could have a custom time setting in Notifications Settings and a small button in the notification pop-up. Clicking on snooze would re-trigger previous notification for same event at a later time and ignore duplicates until then. I cannot envision where this setting would be placed as Notification Settings doesn't have "globals" but already per-type in main window.
