Add keyboard shortcut to toggle Do Not Disturb

It'd be great to toggle the DND mode using a hotkey. The entry could go in "Settings > Keyboard > Shortcuts > System".

Additionally, like other parts of elementary, it'd be good to expose the shortcut in relevant places.

( It's not a keyboard shortcut, but it's nice either way: Click with 3 fingers / middle mouse button on the notifications indicator. This also works for other indicators, like bluetooth, network, sound etc.)

Yeah, I know about this but the keyboard shortcut would be a complementary solution that doesn't require me to move the cursor.

@uncertainquark I agree this would be good. I've transferred this to the indicator since I believe that's what controls the state, and is always running. I'll open follow-up dependent issues for the places to put the shortcuts.

I don't think the indicator can grab key events when it's not focused. We probably need to do this in Gala.
