If a post is published or updated, and static site is deployed,
When these condition matches, ping XML sitemap to Google, Bing and major search engine with Deployment URL.

This is how Rankmath and Yoast is handling Pinging Sitemap to Search Engine.

We can exclude ping for .zip deployment.
