Description

@elfensky

Summary

Add rich analytics and stats features to /archives leveraging the historic h1_live_snapshot time-series data. Features are layered: casual players get glanceable summaries, stat nerds get expandable deep dives.

Context

Based on a 4-way AI debate (Claude Opus, Gemini, Sonnet, Codex) analyzing what intel can be derived from the existing snapshot data. Full synthesis: docs/debates/2026-03-30-archive-analytics/synthesis.md

Available Data

  • h1_live_snapshot: per-faction, 15-min intervals — players, missions, kills, deaths, accidentals, shots, hits, etc.
  • h1_snapshot: campaign state over time (liberation points per faction)
  • h1_event + h1_event_snapshot: individual event point progressions
  • Multiple seasons of historical data

Feature Phases

Phase A: Quick Wins (Low complexity) — #178

  • Friendly Fire Index
  • Season Records & Superlatives
  • Faction Threat Ranking
  • Accuracy Trend
  • Shots per Planet

Phase B: Core Analytics (Medium complexity) — #179

  • Season Report Card
  • Season Fingerprint (radar chart)
  • Player Attrition Curve
  • Momentum Tracker
  • Peak Hour Heatmap

Phase C: Storytelling Features (High complexity) — #180

  • Clutch Factor / Last Stand Classifier
  • Perfect Storm Detector

  • Planet Heartbeat Waveforms

Key Insight

All 4 AI debate participants independently proposed Friendly Fire Index and Season Fingerprint — these are the highest-confidence features to build first.
