apt install libxerces-c-dev needed #2595

Please, add to your installation istructions this thing:

apt install libxerces-c-dev

Without this library it doesn't compile in Ubuntu 22.04

libxerces-c-dev not need any more in 2.6.4 (and in 2.6.3+ after August 25 2024), see #2350 and #2352
