Delete or Reset text

I would like to be able to use one element with string interpolation and rerun the animation whenever the variable changes? I don't believe that is possible currently. You would have to use multiple elements. Is that true?

The whole reason, does not detect changes in the content of the template in fact if you change the text and restart the animation, it will show the first text.

The text and the animation is handled by an internal object in the directive, when the directive is started initializes this object and only when it detects changes in the property that indicates the start of the animation that interacts with this object again.

To achieve what you want you could add a new property in the directive that receives the text and each time it is change to re-initialize or update the object that manages the animation. I invite you to do a pull request of that.

At the moment I have no plans to make changes in this module.

Thank you for the explanation. I had implemented a hacky solution by using a separate element for each text and showing and hiding the elements before they started and after they completed.

I'll move forward with the suggested pull request. Maybe more of the functionality from typed.js can be leveraged. @EliasBF

Great solution It would be nice to create a complete and faithful wrapper for typed.js, since it offers many more things. I just fork a version of typed.js with the features I needed to create this module, there are still many things that can be added from typed.js. @castriganoj
