Setting Chrome network conditions

Hi!

Just wanted to share a way to simulate a slower network, like 2G:

# use a preset from https://github.com/bayandin/chromedriver/blob/a188ddb506d88cde41c19a25b7d78785dab3d483/chrome/network_list.cc#L12
  def set_network_conditions(session, network_name) do
    params = %{network_name: network_name}

    {:ok, _} =
      Wallaby.HTTPClient.request(:post, "#{session.url}/chromium/network_conditions", params)

    session
  end

  # or set custom latency, download and upload settings
  def set_network_conditions(session, latency, down_throughput, up_throughtput) do
    params = %{
      network_conditions: %{
        offline: false,
        latency: latency,
        download_throughput: down_throughput,
        upload_throughput: up_throughtput
      }
    }

    {:ok, _} =
      Wallaby.HTTPClient.request(:post, "#{session.url}/chromium/network_conditions", params)

    session
  end

And to see what network conditions setting the current session is running under:

  # Returns currently configured network conditions
  def get_network_conditions(session) do
    {:ok, network_conditions} =
      Wallaby.HTTPClient.request(:get, "#{session.url}/chromium/network_conditions")

    network_conditions
  end
