Cat-gifs not showing gifs of cats #872
Description
Hello, I was going over the document "An Introduction to Elm", and on the JSON section, the example is not working. I believe the problem might be related to giphy since the api call gives me a message mentioning that the call limit was exceeded.
I'm pretty sure there are a million more concerning problems to be taken care of, but I just wanted to write this issue to register it.
I might try to look into it to see if another service can be used to get cat gifs.
