Elsa 3.2 need a help with Event and PublishEvent

I'm new to Elsa and was not able to find anything helpful regarding these two activities. The problem is that I want to await for the user input, and as far as i know in ver3 elsa instead of Signals I have to use Events. I was trying to use one workflow with all the activities that user has to do and then publish event and in my main workflow use Event. If my guess is right they have to be bound with the same EventName. But somehow my publish event does not trigger that Event in my main workflow.
