Resuming RunTask

We have workflow which uses RunTask and which uses Webhook to call another application. The problem comes when another application being called is down, then workflow goes in Suspended State. We need a way to reume/retry executing webhook and need help how this can be accompalished.

Also, is there any way to get list of API endpoints supported by Elsa 3.
