Unable to pipe water into crucible using automation, and unable to fill properly with creative bucket

What went wrong?
Pipes from mods such as create can't fulll a crucible
filling a crucible in creative empties the bucket for no reason making testing annoying

It doesn't have an internal "tank" like tech stuff, we can say it's a wanted behavior. It's more like the Petal Apothecary from Botania. For this reason I remake'd the Everfull jar in my add-on to auto-fill both.
