Add per-app firewall #439

Thanks for providing a detailed description. This was initially discussed in #374 , however, as specified there, I see little applicability in practice, compared to the time and complexity of adding this. One feature which can be handy in most cases to have a greater control on the traffic is the "whitelist mode", already available in PCAPdroid, which blocks everything but the specified apps/IPs/domains. For this per-app feature, however, I see a possible use-case in a broader context. Suppose that people can create and share a set of rules per-app to block trackers while retaining the base functionalities of the app. This per-app rules would be nice to have in that case. However, as of now, this is a low priority feature for me. Maybe other people will provide more insights on other cases were it can be useful. |

I propose adding a premium feature to pcapdroid called "Per-App Firewall." This feature would allow users to create whitelists or blacklists of hosts/IPs for each individual app installed on their device.
For example, a user could allow a messaging app to connect only to its own servers, while blocking all other connections. Or, they could block a specific ad server from being accessed by any app.
This feature would give users much more granular control over their network traffic, improving security, privacy, and data usage. It would be a valuable addition to pcapdroid's existing premium features and could incentivize more users to upgrade.
Benefits of Per-App Firewall (Premium Feature):
Enhanced security: Users can control which apps have access to the internet and which resources they can access, minimizing the risk of data leaks or unauthorized access.
Improved privacy: Users can prevent apps from communicating with tracking or advertising servers, protecting their sensitive information.
Reduced data usage: Users can limit the network access of certain apps, saving on mobile data costs.
Better performance: Blocking unnecessary traffic can improve device performance and battery life.
Added value for premium users: This feature would make the premium version of pcapdroid even more appealing to users who prioritize security, privacy, and control over their network traffic.
I believe this premium feature would be a valuable addition to pcapdroid and would be appreciated by many users.
