esp8266 has capability to directly implement such TCP/IP to jtag
protocol but arduino code wouldn't be much longer as it is now.

RSP in serial mode is already possible as wifi_jtag has also tcp-serial
mode (enter key starts serial mode)

openocd can be used (with wifi_jtag of course) for remode gdb debugging
TRST and SRST lines should be connected
