The SonarQube scan raises an error when the startLine field is not present in the textRange of the generic issue format. Currently, if ember-template-lint does not provide this data, the error occurs.

Failed to parse report '/github/workspace/sonar-reports/ember-template-lint.json': missing mandatory field 'startLine of the text range' in the primary location of the issue.
