Clarify relationship to ember-d3-helpers

Seems to be attacking mostly the same problem, with a slightly different API. @zigahertz it looks like you're maintaining both, are you viewing this as a replacement? Or are they more complementary than I'm seeing? (would be great to have this info in the README)
