Add donation option to cost field

I liked the option to add content to the scheduler as villages.

I only have a small improvement, could donation be added as an option for costs instead of only a fixed amount.

We now left the costs field empty and put a line about donation in the description field, which also works, but using the existing costs field seems a bit nicer.
