Bar team would like to be able to pre-sell Club Mate next time, is that possible.

We sell cases of 20x mate in 2 flavours we'd like the option to pre-sell them and mark off collected sales for those who want that.

Is that possible?

If we're doing this, we might want to take the opportunity to offer more of the varieties of Club Mate too and then buy what we need to fulfill the orders.

It should be straightforward to add this without any code changes at all, it's just a case of configuring a new set of products, a ProductView and an ArrivalsView in the admin interface. (The buy page could be customised with a template.)

One thing which might be nice would be to offer a separate option (perhaps at a slightly lower cost?) for collection on the Sunday afternoon or Monday morning. There wouldn't be much benefit to us apart from not having to dispose of the rubbish, but I think a lot of people would take a few crates home with them as our price is quite a lot cheaper than what people can buy them for.

My main concern is just around trying to make sure things get collected before the end of the event; admittedly, any un-collected Club Mate will no doubt find its way into the hands of people perfectly willing to consume it anyway so maybe that's not such a problem outside of needing to find transportation for it at short notice.

We can just say it's non-refundable if not collected, and I don't think transporting it away will be a problem if we do a shout-out on the Monday...

We already have this problem (at least in theory) with unsold Club Mate from the bar anyway — we've always been able to find a solution, and of course this time there was no unsold Club Mate (or anything else).
