v2.1.8 -> Type 'CocoaMQTTWebSocket.StarscreamConnection' does not conform to protocol 'WebSocketDelegate'

When you build to version 2.1.8 you get the following error.
It appears to be a dependency issue for Starscream.
It seems to be a problem that does not adopt all deligates, so it needs to be solved.

But package.swift has not been released this is the issue. Please check

yes, the versions are fine in the latest master aka 2.8.1, but the code is not working due to a changed protocol: 28389c2
Once the Code is working again, 2.8.1 could be published and everything will work.

This is fixed in 2.1.9 - unfortunately the version is tagged but not yet uploaded to cocoapods.
