Should we have an on-chain registry of all Enable "approved" crowdloans (e.g. deployed with an official factory)?

@tspoff It makes sense to have a official factory

  • Factory can have a public deploy, but have an "approved" bool on each deployed instance
  • EnableDAO can approve

For long-term sustainability, it might make sense for EnableDAO to charge an origination fee for each "approved" loan

Perhaps you can pay an origination fee to be features on a 'top loans' section of Enable site.
