Update enable-ui with a link to the uploaded Admission Proof Document on Github

@onggunhao Simple MVP. Let's link this Admission Documents folder, hosted on our Enable Google Drive instead.

So that any public user could browse that folder, view the files, view the Admission document, view the Deferral document, view the IDs (ID number is blurred for security purposes) or even download individually or the whole folder.

Our user interviews this past week validated this too. Users are wondering why the link can't be clicked, wants to see the Admission Documents.

Future

Maybe in the future, we could just make it as a real download link, hosted directly on our website or better implement it as a native file/photos viewer right on the website.
