Do you plan to support request queueing/piling, ie. when --limit-concurrency is at capacity, it would be possible to queue new connections (and drop them after a timeout), instead of rejecting them? There's #1817 which discusses the topic, but afaik there's no solution.

That would be quite important, considering the robustness/reliability of the system. (Though, if that capability is provided by Gunicorn when run with it (is it?), then I guess not needed here.)
