XML Documentation not configured properly

Having added the package, I get errors using dotnet pack

Files and folders starting with '.' or ending with '.nupkg' are excluded by default. To include this file, use -NoDefaultExcludes from the commandline [C:\_Projects\OSS\vellum-dotnet\vellum-cli\Solutions\Vellum.Cli.Cloudinary\Vellum.Cli.Cloudinary.csproj]
