feat: Publish EGOS Meta-Prompts as API endpoints on APINow.fun

Context

APINow.fun is a pay-per-call API marketplace using x402 protocol on Base network (2,355+ endpoints, Consensus 2025 winner). We have 6 meta-prompts that could be published as monetizable endpoints.

• Connect Base wallet
• Publish remaining 5 endpoints
• Monitor via APINow dashboard
