Sync update from local fallback (gh CLI):

• API registry endpoint now reads from the shared canonical registry (22e6ff0).
• Unified workspace/system map now reflects .egos, br-acc, carteira-livre, forja, policia, egos-self, personal, and intelink (3277966).
• EGOS Core is now explicitly defined as a minimal kernel (~48 files / 10,679 LOC) to support core-first context loading and reduce architectural drift.
• Mycelium reference design was expanded to model workspace-wide roots plus first-class reference / citation relations.
• Gem hunt priority remains: sinarc -> DadosAbertosBrasil -> osint-brazuca.

The original MCP comment-sync path was blocked by token permissions, so this issue update is being posted through the local authenticated GitHub CLI instead.
