Self operator renders incorrectly when chaining components

Two issues here:

• We don't currently give the self-arrow treatment within binary operators--this is easy to add.
• The way we are rendering the . before take doesn't make clear at all that the LHS is everything to the left.

Refinement notes:

• parse_to_table is not the top-level call here: it's take, which have a complex self argument - that's why we do not replace the icon. We should design how to display call chains. Let's start with the clear separator between calls (and make the leftmost icon represent the innermost (first) call): the arrow and icon of next called method
