Single combined expand method #10547
Description
Want to combine the expand_to_rows and expand_column to a single expand function.
Should be similar to calling:
- table.expand_to_rows "Column" . expand_column "Column"
Arguments need to be the combined set:
- Target column
- Set of fields
- Name prefix.
