Parallel Download #10641
Description
Goal is to allow a set of fetch to be run in parallel.
Data.fetch taking a Vector of URI could run them in a multi-threaded way for example.
Depends on #10640
This requires a globally shared threadpool
- Number of threads (default 6)
- Number of threads per host (default 2)
