Doc editor loading message

While opening a project with the Documentation Editor open, the panel displays the message "Graph editor not yet initialized". I think it would be better to say simply "Loading"

Adam Obuchowicz reports a new STANDUP for today (2025-12-17):

Progress: Tried to address the issue by refactoring project/module store, so the project is not actually considered "loaded" until we get some nodes. Not working yet. It should be finished by 2025-12-23.

Next Day: Next day I will be working on the same task. Continue refactoring.
