Remove references to ENSO_JVM_OPTS

ENSO_JVM_OPTS was replaced by JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS. Currently it is only used by the launcher (ensoup)

• Remove ENSO_JVM_OPTS usage from the launcher
• Remove references to ENSO_JVM_OPTS from the documentation
