Add Date / Datetime / Time Widgets

Date / Datetime / Time values should have a dedicated widget with a picker

We should find an off the shelf picker to use.

Refinement notes:

• The widget should be displayed for placeholders of type Date/DateTime/Time or a simple Date/DateTime/Time.new expressions (with numeric literals only).
• The widget should be similar to drop down: it displays the code as is, but clicking Date.new (or, possibly, editing any argument) shows the calendar.
• Do not care about cooperating with drop downs on same ports.

• The widget should have an ability to pick "today" as a dynamic value - always keeping up with current date, not fixed at selection time.
