look if we can benefit from WebGPU support #575

Description

@martinjaggi

WebGPU just got released, and it might allow us to benefit from GPUs in the browser finally. TFJS actually also just started supporting it, at least with this new backend: https://www.npmjs.com/package/@tensorflow/tfjs-backend-webgpu

anyone interested to give this a spin, and see if it results in any ML training time speedups?

    Burn also supports WebGPU. Supporting WebGPU is essential for LLM training.
