An Epic Stack Fork that uses PNPM, Radix Themes and Biome

I have been really enjoying Remix, but I wasn't so sure to use it to build an entire full-stack application with it; until I came across the Epic Stack. It really helped me overcome "analysis paralysis". At the same time, I have been wanting to start using Biome and play around with Radix Themes. So, in addition to switching things over to PNPM (just because I am so used to using it), I created a fork of the Epic Stack that deploys Radix Themes and Biome.

I rebuilt all the routes to use Radix Themes and I just finished it a few minutes ago, so it might be still a little rough around the edges.
